Nestled in beautiful Cherry Grove Beach, SC—home to one of Tripadvisor's Top 25 Beaches in the U.S.—this charming coastal retreat is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The home is thoughtfully designed as two completely separate apartments. The upper level has its own private entrance, and there are no shared indoor spaces between the two units. Your private lower-level apartment offers convenient off-street parking and its own entrance. Inside, you'll find 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a comfortable living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry—everything you need for a carefree beach getaway. Best of all, you're just a 2-minute walk from the beach, making it easy to spend your days soaking up the sun, searching for seashells, or taking evening walks along the shore. When you're ready to cool off, enjoy our spacious 16' × 32' private swimming pool, shared only with guests staying in the upstairs apartment. Pool heating is available October through March for $299 per stay, maintaining a comfortable temperature of approximately 80–90°F, weather permitting.

Thoughtfully equipped with your comfort in mind, the What If Beach House Lower-Level Apartment features three Smart TVs for relaxing after a day at the beach. All beds include brand-new linens and pillows, with protective covers on every mattress and pillow for added cleanliness and peace of mind. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dinnerware, basic utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, ice maker, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. For your safety, the apartment is equipped with smart smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a smart thermostat, and a smart deadbolt. And because no beach vacation is complete without them, we've also provided beach towels for your stay!
